Yes, customer service can be very good and it&#039;s always heartwarming when it is. Especially if it solves an immediate and frustrating problem. It&#039;s interesting that you say you would use them again  if you needed the service they provide. This is the real issues isn&#039;t it? With just a little bit of effort customer satisfaction and retention really isn&#039;t that difficult to achieve.
